Bespoke Audio Visuals – Terms & Conditions

1. Services
Bespoke Audio Visuals provides audio-visual, security, electrical and related installation, maintenance, and repair services for domestic and commercial clients. All works are carried out to a high standard by qualified engineers. We do not provide decorative works; these must be arranged by the client via a third party.

2. Quotations
All quotations provided by Bespoke Audio Visuals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of issue; additional works or changes requested by the client may result in revised costs.

3. Intellectual Property of Quotations
Quotations and designs provided by Bespoke Audio Visuals remain our intellectual property. If the client uses our designs, specifications, or proposals to commission another provider to carry out the works, Bespoke Audio Visuals accepts no liability for the installation or its performance.

4. Maintenance Contracts – Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1. Once a maintenance contract has commenced, the service is considered active from the agreed start date.
4.2. For consumer clients: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of signing the contract. However, by requesting that Bespoke Audio Visuals begins providing maintenance services immediately, you agree that the right to cancel is waived once the service has started.
4.3. For business clients: There is no statutory cooling-off period once the contract is signed and commenced.
4.4. In both cases, once the service has begun, payments are non-refundable. If you choose to terminate the contract before the agreed end date, you remain liable for the outstanding balance of the contract term.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as stated on your invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared. Bespoke Audio Visuals reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Access & Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the property for our engineers. Any delays caused by the client or third parties may be chargeable.

7. Liability
Bespoke Audio Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the services provided. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Warranty
9.1. Bespoke Audio Visuals provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship from the date of completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.2. This warranty covers defects arising directly from our installation or services, provided the system has been used and maintained in accordance with our instructions.
9.3. The warranty shall become void in respect of any part of the installation that has been altered, repaired, tampered with, or otherwise interfered with by any person other than Bespoke Audio Visuals, unless such work was carried out with our prior written consent.
9.4. The warranty does not extend to faults caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, environmental factors (e.g. flooding, fire, power surges), or equipment failure outside of our scope of supply.
